ESG is a term often associated with investing, however, we see it as a template guide for how every organisation should manage its affairs and how we at Fletcher Jones operate ourselves.
We consider the obvious and unseen impact on the environment every time we think about how we conduct business and in every policy we implement. The social aspects of ESG, giving consideration to people and relationships, client satisfaction, data protection, privacy, sex, and diversity are so central to our work that we would not have a business if this area was not given the highest priority in every interaction we have, internally and externally.
It is central to our work to understand your governance structures and it is equally important to us to have high standards for running our company. Fletcher Jones has an active Board of Directors made up of executive and non-executive members – currently, the Board is 60% female and 40% male. We encourage active debate and have an open and transparent culture and ensure all employees are engaged and have a voice in Fletcher Jones’ decision making processes.
Fletcher Jones is a signatory of Chapter Zero’s Search Firms’ Declaration - a non-executive director community committed to tackling climate change.
