Jo MacLennan Director

Jo is a specialist in organisational development and transformational change and has extensive experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She holds a Masters in Business and Management from the University of Glasgow and a Post Graduate Qualification in Health Behavioural Change. Additionally, Jo is an accredited Mediator and Executive Coach and is fascinated by organisational culture and values, seeking to understand how a leader’s effective behaviour shapes a businesses’ identity and strengthens performance.

Jo’s professional practice within Fletcher Jones includes: Non-Executive and Executive search, Board Performance Reviews and Board Facilitation/Strategic Aways, Coaching and Conflict Resolution services. Jo is also a qualified psychometric assessor. She has a strong track record as a strategic advisor to C Suite leaders and Boards who are seeking to enhance their delivery infrastructure and workforce. Jo is also an experienced Non-Executive, having sat on a number of Boards across various sectors.
