Executive Leadership Team Evaluation

In addition to conducting independent board evaluations, we use a similar independent, rigorous approach to providing executive leadership team evaluations.

Evaluations can help you ensure that you have the right people in place with the right skills. We use a mix of tools including surveys, interviews, self-assessments, and psychometric testing to gather data about their performance. The evaluation reports enable you to support your executive leadership in terms of further development and for your organisation to achieve its strategic goals.
